L.A. Man Kills Neighbor During Loud-Music Scuffle

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — A Los Angeles man is accused of killing his neighbor for playing loud music.

Reymondo Serrato, 58, was arrested Wednesday in the suburb of Pacoima on suspicion of murder.

Police Sgt. James Reid says Serrato got into a scuffle with Jubenal Guillen over loud music and Serrato pulled out a gun and fired.

Police Lt. Ted Matthews called the circumstances of the killing "very unusual."

My ass. How many of us have been tempted. And he didn't kill his neighbor for playing loud music, he killed his neighbor for attacking him.
