Police said Lynch was arrested Wednesday night after officers approached him and two other men sitting in a 2006 Mercedes-Benz in this Los Angeles suburb and found a loaded firearm.
Lynch was arrested after officers determined the gun belonged to him. He was released that night on $35,000 bail.
Culver City police did not immediately return a phone message seeking information about why officers approached Lynch and his companions."
There is of course more to this than the police are admitting to. Since there wasn't a traffic accident for them to "investigate", dollars to donuts they found something, illegal parking, loud music, expired tags, any reason to check out what black men were doing in a Mercedes. The Constitution is null and void in much of California, so Lynch should have known that and been on his best behavior if he actually wished to exercise an inalienable right.Dumbass. He actually fell for that "all men are created equal" bullshit and thought himself to be free. The good news is he has the resources to fight this, but the bad news is the Yellowstream Media will go along with the traitorous scum who swore to uphold the law of the land then disregarded it so as to be more equal than mere civilians.
